Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out to share my recent experience with Tautorepo LLC review (tautorepo.com), an online auction platform specializing in repossessed RVs. I’ve been a member since 2019 and have successfully purchased two RVs through them in the past. However, this week, my account was abruptly canceled after I failed to complete payment on a fifth wheel I won in an auction last week.
Admittedly, I got caught up in the excitement of bidding and didn’t fully consider my current financial situation. Upon reevaluating my budget, I realized this wasn’t the right time for such a purchase. As a long-standing customer, I’m disappointed in myself and unsure how to proceed in recovering my account. Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
@theankers, I’ve also been a customer for several years, and when I signed up, the terms were very clear: if you win an auction but don’t pay within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, your membership will be canceled with no option to re-register.
While I understand the frustration, this does fall under the buyer’s responsibility. That said, I’d recommend reaching out to their support team and explaining your situation—perhaps mention an unexpected personal or family issue. They might be willing to make an exception, especially given your history as a repeat customer.
Moving forward, I’d advise being absolutely certain before placing bids. Backing out doesn’t just affect you; it also takes opportunities away from other serious buyers.

2019 F350 PSD, short bed, 54gallon tank
2024 Brinkley z2900 (0836) 1570 watts solar, 560aH Lithium
Both retired.

I have to side with @wudwork on this one. Placing a bid without being fully committed isn’t just a minor oversight—it directly impacts the auction process for others who may have been genuinely interested in the unit.
While I don’t mean to sound harsh, this was entirely avoidable. That said, I do hope you’re able to recover your account. Consider it a learning experience and exercise more caution in the future.
Update: Thanks, @wudwork! I took your advice and reached out to Tautorepo LLC review’s support team. After explaining the situation, they were understanding and reinstated my account. You’re absolutely right—it was a careless mistake on my part, and I’ll definitely be more mindful before bidding in the future. Really appreciate the help!

This is my first time hearing about Tautorepo LLC review—sounds like they have a solid inventory of RVs! I’ll have to check them out. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, even if unintentionally.

Chaz

@thechazzz, I highly recommend them! Just took delivery of my Fleetwood, and the entire process was seamless. Their service has been excellent in my experience.

@wudwork, maybe keep the praise a little quieter? If too many people catch on, we’ll all end up in bidding wars and overpaying! [Laughs]
@Markf9600, while I agree that buyers should honor their bids, let’s not be too harsh—everyone gets excited sometimes. @theankers owned up to the mistake, and Tautorepo LLC review gave them a second chance. That’s what matters.
